Welcome to my therapy practice.

I am a psychodynamically trained therapist which means I help to think about links between the present and the past - particularly childhood experiences. However, in practice I am most interested in working with you as an individual, listening to your experiences and helping you to find positive ways forward. As an older therapist I draw from a wealth of life experiences both personal and professional , as well as my therapy training and other qualifications. I have decades of experience in the 'helping professions' working with people in different situations including homelessness, addiction, domestic abuse and mental health issues. I am a specialist in bereavement and loss and in employment related issues, as well as working with relationship difficulties. I work with individuals and couples.

Working With Me

I work both face to face in a therapy room in central Lewes and flexibly online. Before our first session we can speak on the ‘phone so that we have touched base. Then, in our first session we can talk through what has brought you to therapy and what you are hoping for. This will give you an opportunity to ask questions, relieve any anxieties and to feel that I am the right therapist for you.

I offer flexible working and can negotiate costs if needed. My standard rates are:

£60.00 per 50 minute session

£70.00 for 50 minutes couples work
